This is a case of creating obscene websites and publishing the morphed obscene images of the film actresses. Based on the complaint by Movie Artists Association, case registered in Cr.No.15/2017 Offence U/s 292, 469 and 471 of IPC and Section 67 & 67-A IT Act 2000.
During course of investigation found that the websites www.blowjobbrocks. com, www.axsexpic.com, www.indianstarpics.com, www.desixxxphoto.com, www.indianxxximage.net were created and being operated by Thakor Maheshkumar Jayanthiji, Ahmedabad. www.sexxxxnudepics.com was created and being operated by Thakor Balusinh, Ahmedabad. Through these websites, they are publishing the morphed obscene images of film actresses. The accused persons were arrested in Visanagar, Mahesana Dist Gujarath State produced before court, Visanagar, Gujarath and obtained transit warrant and remanded in Hyderabad.
The accused resort to such crime thinking that, hits to the above sites are fetching them money. Monthly they are getting around 25000 to 35000 Rupees. They confessed that they don’t know the telugu language but they identify the popular artists of all the film industry and make stories and publish obscene photos.
From the accused persons 4 Laptaps, 2 Phones, 3 SIMs cards and other incriminating documents used in commission of offence were seized in the presence of mediators.
